Technician Side: Most projects last between 2 to 6 months. While we do not require a contractual commitment to a specific duration, we encourage you to consider your actual needs and determine the length of time that will bring the most value to your project.
Client Side: Our projects generally last between 2 and 6 months. We ask for a minimum commitment, which can be extended, if the opportunity is available. Or technicians can choose to move on to the next project.
If you need technicians beyond their initial commitment, FlexTrades offers them the opportunity to extend their time on the project. If any technicians choose not to extend, we will work quickly to fill the opening with someone equally qualified.
If a FlexTrades Technician is unable or not qualified to perform their assigned duties, they will be released from the project and replaced with a more suitable technician. Most of our technicians require only a one to two week ramp-up period with proper orientation. We also ask that clients maintain regular communication with our Project Manager to ensure any concerns are addressed quickly and effectively.
Mileage in, at the start of the project, and mileage out, at the end of project, are paid to the technician.
We ask that you provide an honest estimate of the hours you expect our technicians to work so we can properly prepare them. While we require a minimum of 50 hours per week, please let us know if you anticipate needing more. FlexTrades Technicians are also able to volunteer for additional hours beyond the regular schedule when needed.
